A short term eating plan to kick start your body into weight loss action

Start now! Closes 31 January!

This short term boost is the perfect way to begin the New Year. It will not only promote fat loss, but will also kick start your body - physically and mentally - so that it’s far easier to transition into a longer term sustainable weight loss programme after the initial 7-14 days. An online program you can start anywhere in the world!

So, whether you have a few pounds to lose after the festive season, or have big weight loss goals for the year ahead, this 7 day plan has everything you need to get started.

I found the plan was a good reset to get my eating back on track post-Christmas and put me in a good disciplined mindset to go forward. I particularly liked learning the theory behind the plan and feel I’m better educated about the science part. The weight loss was an added bonus!

FAQs

Who is this plan for?

Anyone over the age of 18 with no significant health problems who wants (and needs) to lose a few pounds/kilograms in a short period of time or just to get healthy.

How much weight can I expect to lose?

While weight loss cannot be guaranteed, it is expected that most people who follow the plan without any deviation will lose between 2lb and 10lbs (1kg-4kg). Higher weight loss is usually in individuals with a significant amount of weight to lose, or in those who currently consume more calories than they need on a frequent basis. If you’re very close to your body’s natural, ideal weight then weight loss will be towards the lower end of the scale. Most people can expect to lose 4-6lbs (2-3kg) in 7 days. If you don’t want to lose weight you can still follow the plan but with increased portions.

Is this just another low calorie diet?

No. This plan has been specifically designed by me as a nutritionist, weight loss specialist and Functional Medicine practitioner to take into account many different factors that contribute to excess fat and poor health. The plan uses a combination of meal timings, fasting, whole foods and oil-free cooking in addition to a moderate reduction in daily calories. Plus, the foods that are recommended are primarily anti-inflammatory which helps the body repair the damage caused by years of eating a regular Western diet with processed foods and excess sugar.
