Step 1. Prepare
Preparing you for success: Learn why we will do what we’ll do. Clean out the cupboards, restock with goodness and learn the good food basics.
Step 2. Detox

Hi, I’m Pippa…
I’m a Functional Nutritionist and I help time-poor women in their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s live healthier, happier lives by improving their gut health, hormone balance and by helping them solve stubborn weight issues.
We achieve success through understanding, sometimes by testing, what foods and nutrients are the best choices for us as individuals. I’ve helped thousands of women on a 1:1 basis and now I am offering this group membership to help many more women like you.

Why 3 Months?
I believe sustainable change and success takes more than a few weeks. My aim is to teach women how they can change what they eat and achieve their goals – but also learn the skills to take forward with them.
To understand what good nutrition looks like, to be able to make the best choices when out at restaurants or on holiday, to be able to eat in a way that suits them but also their family.

WHAT IF I'M NOT ON FACEBOOK OR DON'T LIKE TO USE IT MUCH?
We have a separate website to host all of our content and all Pippa’s LIVE classes are uploaded onto this. Guest speakers are hosted via Zoom and again uploaded to The Female Food Club website for you to watch at a later stage. The Facebook group is a place where you can ask questions and get support. It might be that this is the only reason or time you visit Facebook.
CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?
Yes, you can cancel and the plan will not be renewed after the initial 3 Month Plan.
WHAT IF I'M GLUTEN OR DAIRY FREE?
All of the recipes are gluten and dairy free and there is a good range of vegetarian recipes
