Creamy Quinoa Chia Porridge 


After two days working in London I felt like a warm comforting breakfast. As I can’t eat oats quinoa flakes make a quick and tasty alternative. The chia seeds add some protein and omega 3 fats, making you feel full for longer and as the chia seeds expand in the liquid the end result is a visually bigger breakfast! 

In a pan place -
Just under 1/2 cup quinoa flakes 
1 tbsp chia seeds 
2 cups cashew or other nut milk 
- Bring to the boil 
- add 1 tbsp cashew butter and 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
- simmer 5 mins until liquid absorbed 
If you like add some berry Compote made by simmering raspberries and blueberries whilst the porridge is cooking. Add some nut butter of choice for more protein and creaminess.
