Berry Breakfast Crumble 

 

Crumble isn't just for pudding! Try this healthy breakfast anytime. 
Layer the base of the dish with fresh or frozen berries and sprinkle on a little xylitol and cinnamon. 
Make the topping by whizzing up about 1/2 cups of oats in a nutribullet. Add 1/2 cup ground almonds and some vanilla and 2 tablespoons xylitol. Add 2 tablespoons butter. Process briefly. Add a little maple syrup if you need it sweeter. 
Sprinkle the topping over the base and bake at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes until bubbling. 
Serve with coconut or Almond yoghurt.
