Blueberry Chia Pudding


My breakfast this morning although it would be just as good as a dessert.
Whizz up a handful of blueberries in a nutribullet. Layer this at the bottom of a glass bowl. Then add the chia seed mix (soak 2 tablespoons chia seeds and a little vanilla powder in Nut milk overnight - makes 2 portions). Lastly sprinkle on some cinnamon. 

For extra protein (which is important at breakfast to support the adrenals and control blood sugar levels) you could add some protein powder. I usually have my protein powder separately with my Progreens and some coconut water whizzed up in my nutribullet.
