Cashew and buckwheat muesli 

Serves 2

Soak 150g buckwheat flakes and 100g cashews separately overnight. In the morning drain and rinse. Place in a food processor with a dash of vanilla, a banana, some strawberries and a couple desert spoons of Greek or coconut yoghurt. Whizz up and serve with berries.
