Cashew Butter Omelette with Coconut Yoghurt and Berries


A quick and easy protein breakfast. Really filling too so will keep you going until lunch.
Place in a blender 3 eggs, 60g Cashew butter and a touch of Vanilla extract. Blend until frothy.
Cook in an omelette pan with some coconut oil or ghee for 6 minutes. Serve with Yoghurt and berries.
