Chocolate and Peanut Butter Chia Pudding 

 

I discovered Rebel Kitchen Chocolate Coconut milk in Waitrose yesterday. It comes in very cute little snack packs with a straw. It tastes so good! I wouldn't have this as a drink but it came in very handy for this recipe. 

In my nutribullet I blended a 250ml carton of the Rebel Kitchen chocolate milk with 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter. 
I mixed this in a bowl with 2 tablespoons Chia seeds. I mixed on and off for 5 mins so the chia seeds didn't clump up then left overnight (or a couple hours is fine).
Serve with cacao nibs and banana.
