Coconut and Almond Fridge Bites 

I made these little bites instead of my usual cacao packed ones. Why?! Because I realised that I had also become addicted to cacao. It gave me a hit a bit like coffee. Well I'm not giving that up for good but I thought I would skip the cacao for a bit. 
I really didn't measure the quantities for these apart from 400g almonds. I threw these in the food processor with goji berries, toasted coconut flakes, almond butter, some melted coconut oil and a heaped tablespoon of Xylitol. Think I added some light Tahini also.
I pulsed this until well combined then pressed into a 23cm square tin lined with baking parchment and put in the fridge. 
Makes a lot so keep in the fridge for post meal munchies (instead of my espresso for me now).
