Cod and Watercress Salad
I came back from visiting my journalist friends in Wiltshire with bags of local watercress. The watercress is grown right by their house. It's so fresh and delicious.
It made a quick lunch today with leftover steamed cod and samphire from last night. I added avocado and a dressing of Tahini, miso, garlic, lime and Tamari.
