Easy Homemade Chocolates 


I love dark chocolate but I like to avoid refined sugars and highly processed sugars like Agave. So the answer is to make my own! These little numbers are so quick to make.
I like to have one after lunch with an espresso! 

You can add chopped almonds or cranberries if you like.

3 tbsp melted cacao butter 
6 tsp cacao powder 
6 tsp sweet freedom or coconut nectar 
1 tsp xylitol 
1/4 tsp vanilla extract 

Mix all the ingredients well and pour into chocolate mounds.
Place in the freezer for an hour. They can be kept in the freezer until required.
