Easy Hummus Recipe
Much better than shop-bought and quick to make.
Place drained tin of chickpeas in a bowl
Add juice of 1 lemon
Add 2 crushed garlic cloves
Add 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Add 2-4 tablespoons olive oil
Blend or pulse (I like it chunky).
Place in serving bowl.
Sprinkle with spicy paprika and drizzle olive oil.
Serve with carrots, cucumber, radishes, peppers, cauliflower...
