Easy Hummus Recipe

Much better than shop-bought and quick to make.


  • Place drained tin of chickpeas in a bowl

  • Add juice of 1 lemon

  • Add 2 crushed garlic cloves

  • Add 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

  • Add 2-4 tablespoons olive oil


  1. Blend or pulse (I like it chunky).

  2. Place in serving bowl. 

  3. Sprinkle with spicy paprika and drizzle olive oil. 

  4. Serve with carrots, cucumber, radishes, peppers, cauliflower...
