Jersey Crab spaghetti with garlic, lemon and chilli
My family love local crab and spaghetti so this combo is a winner. The gluten-free spaghetti by Italian brand Rummo is delicious and easily passed off as the real thing!
The secret to this dish is not to drain the spaghetti. Just take it out if it's cooking liquid into the sautéed garlic and chilli and add some of the liquid. Add lots of chopped parsley and juice of a lemon and some good quality Italian olive oil.
