Poached Eggs, Spinach and Avocado
The perfect Sunday morning breakfast for me has to include eggs. Not only do I love eggs but they contain all the amino acids so are therefore the perfect protein.
Sunday is the only day that I make breakfast just for myself instead of scrambling a dozen eggs for the whole family! Poaching eggs are easier than some people think. Just make sure you put each egg into a little dish first so you can slide it into the bubbling water.
