Pomegranate molasses dressing

Do you find salad boring? Is it hard sticking to your healthy eating when faced with a plate of greens?
This dressing is one of my favourites to jazz up any salad or roasted veg.

Ingredients

180ml extra virgin olive oil 
4 tbsp pomegranate molasses
3 tbsp lemon juice 
1 crushed garlic clove (or garlic oil if you suffer with IBS)
1/2 tsp chilli oil or to taste
2 tsp ground sumac (optional)
Sea salt
Pepper

Directions

Mix ingredients in a jam jar and store in the fridge
