Poppy's Pear and Pecan breakfast bowl 

 

Pears are in season and a delicious way to have them is stewed like this. Add some cinnamon and a little coconut sugar to the cooking pot. I make a large batch and freeze.
Here my daughter has added some Greek yoghurt and pecans and then drizzled some raw honey on top.
