Finding healthy breakfasts for our children that they actually like is not always that easy.
My daughter is a lover of bread. But bread does not love her! This is a breakfast she really enjoys.
I soak jumbo oats and goji berries with vanilla powder overnight in homemade cashew milk (you can use shop-bought) unsweetened almond or coconut milk. In the morning add any fruit. Here Poppy has added a sprinkling of oats toasted in coconut oil.
