Roasted Cauliflower with Sumac

 

This is a great way of jazzing plain cauliflower. If you have the oven on already to cook some chicken pieces then everything can cook at the same time.

Slice one cauliflower into thick steaks and drizzle with olive oil and a teaspoon of Sumac . Roast between two sheets of baking paper on a baking tin at 180 degrees. 
Also great with Garam Masala or Cumin.

NB if you are on phase 2 of Metabolic Balance you can use some vegetable stock instead of the oil.
