Salmon with Asian Kale and Kelp Noodles 

 

I baked salmon in ginger, lime and tamari in parchment paper. 
I made a creamy Asian dressing in my Nutri Bullet - half lime juice, I garlic clove, fresh ginger, 1/2 tablespoon each Tamari and rice vinegar, teaspoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon olive oil and I teaspoon cashew nut butter. I massaged this into the Kale. 
Added some kelp noodles (you could use courgetti). 
Love these flavours. One of my favourite meals this week!
