Salsa Verde

A dressing or sauce for fish and meat

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp capers (rinsed)

  • 4 anchovies (optional)

  • 1 small handful of fresh parsley

  • 1 small handful of fresh basil

  • 1 small handful of fresh mint (or more of the other herbs)

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • pinch of fresh pepper and salt


Directions

Blend all ingredients adding the oil at the end gradually until desired consistency
