Sticky Chicken Drumsticks
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
3 tablespoons fish sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
16 chicken drumsticks, skin on (or a mix of drumsticks and thighs)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Put the chicken pieces in a large baking dish or freezer bag and pour over the marinade. Make sure each chicken piece is covered well with the marinade.
Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes adding the honey for the last 10 minutes. Or cook on the BBQ. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
