When it comes to our nutrition, health and physique goals, sometimes life just gets in the way, no matter how enthusiastic, committed and informed we are.
I believe more and more people do understand food and nutrition than ever before, but our modern culture has driven us to a point where it’s make or break time.
We’re sick and tired of being sick and tired!
We rush around every day juggling work and family commitments with our hobbies, the gym, social time with friends and essential sleep!
We joke that there aren’t enough hours in the day (and someone inevitably quotes Beyoncé or Richard Branson) and yet in our quest to live a great life we’re missing the fundamental factors that contribute to our health, happiness and longevity.
A healthy body isn’t just about eating right….and eating right isn’t just about following the latest fad diet, cutting carbs or adding green juices.
Eating right isn’t the same for everyone.
There is no one size fits all.
Which is why it’s important to work with your individual biochemistry, combined with environmental and lifestyle factors, your medical and lifestyle history and dietary preferences.
Eating right for YOU is what’s really important.
I love to help people just like you to get to the root cause of your health and weight issues so that you feel confident in your skin, empowered around food and enthusiastic to cook for yourself.
Together we create a bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plan that works for you, your lifestyle, your commitments, your family and your personal tastes.

Hi, I’m Pippa
I’ve been passionate about health and nutrition for many years after my healthy, sporty childhood slowly morphed into the stereotypical western pattern of dis-ease so prevalent today.
At university I ate too much sugary food and drank too much alcohol, then went on to burn the candle at both ends - working and partying in London. While I may have been slim on the outside and still physically active, on the inside was a dangerous combination of high blood sugar levels and candida overgrowth, chemical and hormone imbalance, PMS and IBS.
I was stressed, burnt out and my skin constantly broke out in acne.
Moving to the tranquil island of Jersey with my husband allowed me to finally breathe. I was able to relax in the countryside and enjoy beach walks with my dogs. It wasn’t until my two children were born that my health problems came back again - and this time they felt worse!
It was time to take action.
With a lifelong passion for sport and healthy living, I first enrolled in a sports massage course which I loved. I was able to help relieve people’s aches and pains and help athletes boost their performance and prevent injury. I went on to become a personal trainer but I knew something was still missing.
Remembering my mother’s delicious home cooked meals and my healthy body during childhood, I realised that good nutrition must play a far bigger role than simply keeping us at an ideal weight.
I made it my mission to study nutrition in great depth to figure out exactly what works and what doesn’t - and why. I wanted to understand the science behind modern diets and lifestyles and bring that science to my 1-1 work.
I feel so privileged that I can make a real difference to people’s lives simply by supporting them through dietary changes. When clients tell me that they’re amazed by their weight loss and then have the confidence step through the next layer of fears and challenges to achieve their goals, then that makes me so, so happy.
The final piece of the puzzle (for now) is adding Functional Medicine to my nutrition practice.
FM focuses on the root cause of health issues and allows practitioners to find and treat underlying conditions with food and lifestyle changes. As a nutritionist I’ve noticed a marked increase in the number of clients coming to me with auto-immune conditions and inflammation - things like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Chronic Fatigue and ME. I can now help people to find and treat the root cause of their illness to create optimum health and balance with a reduction of pain and inflammation using simple, inexpensive dietary shifts.
1-1 Nutrition Consultations
Not everyone is ready to commit to a 3 month programme like Metabolic Balance, and some people need more personal guidance than you typically find in a book or online video, which is why I offer 1-1 Nutrition Consultations either as a one off session or over a period of a few weeks.
Using a combination of diagnostic tools, medical history and lifestyle/dietary analysis, together we devise a plan that helps you meet your health and body goals. Your plan will be a bespoke combination of nutritional adjustments, dietary support, lifestyle changes and food supplement recommendations that help you succeed where other diets may have failed.
Nutrition Consultations can take place in person at my offices in Jersey or London, or internationally via video call.
Your plan is emailed to you and follow up appointments are made to ensure accountability and success

If you’re ready to leave poor body image and illness behind and take charge of your nutrition, improve your health and achieve your goals, then let’s get started!
I’m looking forward to meeting you and helping you to reach optimum health and happiness so you can live the lifestyle you desire, free from pain, inflammation and excess weight.
Will I have to do LOTS of cooking or food preparation or spend lots of time in the kitchen?
It is important to eat lots of whole foods on any healthy eating programme so if your current diet is rich in fast food, take-aways, oven-ready meals, restaurant meals, cafe snacks and packaged treats, then yes, you will need to do more cooking and food prep. However, even if you think you’re not a fan of cooking now, once you begin seeing how easy the recipes are and how delicious natural, whole food meals can be, you’ll soon develop a love for home cooked food and will be amazed by how therapeutic you find chopping vegetables! (Trust me, it happens all the time!)
Will the food you suggest cost me a lot more money?
Like any lifestyle or dietary change, there is a steep learning curve at the start. Once you find the supermarkets, farm shops or market stalls best suited to your lifestyle and budget and get into the habit of writing a shopping list and planning meals in advance, you’ll soon find it works out cheaper than your current habits - particularly if you eat out or buy ready prepared food a lot now.
I’m vegetarian and would really like to switch to a plant-based/vegan diet in the near future, will the recipes be suitable for me?
Yes. I’ll make sure each plan is customised for you and will direct you to other helpful resources to ensure your success.
I have coeliac disease/milk intolerance/nut allergy etc. can you help me?
Yes. As a nutritionist I look at all aspects of your medical and lifestyle history to come up with a plan that helps you achieve your short term goals as well as boosting your long term health and vitality.
I’d like to get my teenage children involved too, can they do the programme?
Yes. They can all join enjoy the healthy, whole food recipes, but do remember your plan is customised to suit your specific biochemistry and medical history. If someone else in your family needs more 1-1 guidance then it’s best if they book a separate appointment. However, eating healthier as a parent is one of the greatest gifts you can pass on to your children.
