About Pippa
Pippa Campbell is a Functional Hormone Nutritionist, ND, founder of Pippa Campbell Health and creator of the Pippa Campbell Method, a structured, test-led approach to hormonal and metabolic health. Her work starts from a simple but powerful belief: that women deserve real answers, not quick fixes. That belief did not come from a textbook. It came from personal experience. Pippa struggled with PMS, exhaustion, stress and IBS, and was offered solutions that never addressed the underlying causes. That experience became the foundation for everything she has built since.
The Pippa Campbell Method is the result of years of clinical practice, research and hard-won insight, including completing the Menopause course at Harvard Medical School this year, training with the Institute for Functional Medicine and A4M in the USA, and teaching the Perimenopause Practitioner Training for the DUTCH Test to hormone practitioners worldwide. It is a framework that prioritises understanding hormones in context, looking at the full picture rather than chasing individual symptoms.
Her clinical work spans thousands of women, using advanced hormone testing, DNA analysis, blood work and gut testing to identify what is driving symptoms such as oestrogen dominance, low progesterone, thyroid dysfunction, insulin resistance, cortisol dysregulation and disrupted sleep. Everything at Pippa Campbell Health flows from this method: the clinic, the testing protocols, the programmes, the education and the PCH supplement range.
The PCH supplement range was born directly from that clinical practice, developed to address what was consistently missing for women navigating hormonal and metabolic health, and designed to work in conjunction with the Pippa Campbell Method for the best possible results.

The Pippa Campbell Method
Most approaches to women’s health treat symptoms one at a time. A pill for period pain. A referral for fatigue. A diet for weight. What they do not do is look at the full picture.
The Pippa Campbell Method is built on the understanding that hormonal and metabolic symptoms do not exist in isolation. They are signals, and when you understand what is driving them, you can address the cause rather than layer on more management.
Central to the method is the concept of the seven metabolic types: Digestion, Insulin, Cortisol, Detox, Thyroid, Oestrogen and Serotonin. Most women are a combination of more than one. Each type has its own pattern of symptoms, its own nutritional needs and its own clinical priorities. Identifying which types are most dominant for you is what makes it possible to move away from generic advice and toward a plan built specifically around your body.
The method draws on functional medicine principles, advanced hormone testing including the DUTCH test, DNA analysis, comprehensive blood work and gut testing. It is structured around the Five Foundations, which support the whole body and create a framework every client can rely on throughout every stage of life.

Where the method begins
The Five Foundations
Before testing, before supplementation, every client starts here. The Five Foundations support blood sugar regulation, digestive function, hormone balance and appetite regulation. They are the non-negotiable base from which everything else builds.
