We are excited to offer you our subscription service powered by Recurpay. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before subscribing.
1. Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans with different billing cycles and benefits. Details of each plan are available on the subscription product page. By subscribing, you agree to pay the recurring subscription fees associated with the plan you select.
2. Billing and Payment
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified in the chosen plan (e.g. monthly, or every 2 months). Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Please note that if we increase the price of a product, any active subscriptions will be charged at the new rate starting from the next billing cycle.
3. Subscription Management

Recurpay allows you to skip, or cancel your subscription at any time. Any changes to your subscription (e.g. upgrades or downgrades) will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Subscription products will be shipped according to the schedule specified in your plan. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be charged as per our standard shipping policy. Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method selected.
5. Account Information
It is your responsibility to ensure that your account information, including your billing and shipping address, is accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated account information.
6. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
7. Refunds and Returns
Subscription products are subject to our standard return policy. Refunds for subscription fees are generally not provided, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
8. Changes to Subscription Terms
We reserve the right to modify these subscription terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you through our website. Your continued use of the subscription service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Returns of Items
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. Our Customer Service Representatives are available via email at customerservices@pippacampbellhealth.com. For any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of goods (less shipping and handling if upgraded). You will be required to pay for the return of an order should you wish to return it back to us. This applies to all customers inside and outside of the United Kingdom.
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and take out the necessary insurance to protect the goods in transit. We accept no responsibility for goods lost during return transit. Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any opened or used products. Refunds are only available for unopened and unused products returned in their original condition.
When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or mis-described. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 a consumer is entitled to a refund or replacement. Your statutory rights are not affected. It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.
2. Cancellation and Changes
Please notify cancellation and changes to your order by sending an email to customerservices@pippacampbellhealth.com. If your order has not been processed then it will be possible to cancel or amend the order as requested. However, if the order has been processed, then you may wish to return the items for a full refund less any shipping and handling charges incurred within 14 days of receipt of goods. Purchaser to cover the cost of any returns. Refunds will be made without undue delay and within 14 days from the day we receive the goods back or, if earlier, the day we (Nutrigold) receive proof from you that the goods have been sent back.
Shipping Policy

1. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the name and address specified by you on the completed order form. We will not be liable for non-receipt of goods that are incorrectly or incompletely addressed. Parcels are dispatched by Royal Mail 24 first class post, or a nominated courier. Royal Mail aims to deliver 93% of Royal Mail 24 mail within 1-3 working days, however orders can take up to 14 working days to deliver. We will not be liable to you if Royal Mail fail to deliver your purchased goods whether in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free when you order two or more products. For single product orders, a standard shipping charge will be applied at checkout.
3. International Rates
Please note that some international orders may be subject to additional shipping fees. These fees are controlled by each country's internal shipping agents and are outside the control of Nutrigold. We will not be liable to you if Royal Mail fail to deliver your purchased goods whether in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your order, please contact us at customerservices@pippacampbellhealth.com.
5. Lost or Damaged Orders
We accept no responsibility for goods lost during transit. Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified to us within 14 days of receipt of goods by emailing customerservices@pippacampbellhealth.com. We recommend retaining your proof of postage for any returns.

Payment information (processed securely see Section 6)
Information from third parties
We may receive sensitive medical information from biochemical testing companies as part of providing you with direct healthcare. We may also receive information from other healthcare providers, but only with your express consent.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases:
Legitimate interests: for providing direct nutritional healthcare services
Contract administration: for processing bookings, purchases, and handling complaints
Consent: for marketing communications (e.g. our email newsletter via ActiveCampaign), and for sharing your information with your GP or other healthcare providers
Vital interests: in exceptional circumstances where your life or safety may be at risk

Provide nutritional therapy consultations and personalised health plans
Process and fulfil product orders and supplement prescriptions

ThriveCart: course and product checkout
Stripe, PayPal, and Revolut: payment processing
Biochemical testing companies: as part of direct healthcare delivery
All third-party processors are contractually required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable data protection law. Some of these providers may be based outside the UK or EEA. Where this is the case, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) before transferring your data.
Your GP or other healthcare providers: We will only share your information with your GP or other healthcare providers with your express prior consent, unless we believe your life is in immediate danger, in which case we may act on the basis of vital interests.
Professional development: We may share your case history in fully anonymised form with peers for clinical supervision, conferences, or professional publications. We will seek your explicit consent before doing so.
Legal obligations: We may disclose your data if required to do so by law, a court order, or a regulatory authority.
6. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, PayPal, and Revolut. We do not store your full card details on our systems. Each payment provider operates under their own privacy policy and security standards.
7. Children
Our services are available to clients of all ages, including those under 18. Where we work with clients under the age of 18, we take additional care to ensure that a parent or guardian has provided consent for the collection and use of their personal data, and that all information is handled with appropriate sensitivity.
8. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and in accordance with guidance from our professional association. Following the completion of your healthcare, records are retained for the period required to process any complaint you may make.
Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Payment records are kept for as long as required by financial and legal obligations.
9. Your Rights
You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
