- Change your delivery frequency
- Skip your next order
- Reschedule your next charge date
- Update your payment method
- Change your shipping address
- Add additional subscription items
- Remove items
- View past orders
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through our subscription management portal.

- You’ll receive an email with a one-time access link.
- Click “Manage Your Subscription”.
- From your portal, click “Cancel Subscription”.
You can also skip an order or change your next charge date before cancelling — the portal shows all available options
Billing & Renewals
Your subscription is billed automatically on the renewal date shown in your portal
How billing works:
- Your card is charged automatically via Recurpay’s secure billing system.
- You can update your card details at any time in the portal.
- If a payment fails, Recurpay automatically retries.
- An order is created immediately after a successful renewal.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order processes.
Changing your billing details:
Go to the subscription portal → Change Payment Mode
Cancelling before renewal:
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel before your renewal date.
Cancellations made after a renewal applies to future cycles only.

1. Subscription Plans

By subscribing, you agree to pay the recurring subscription fees associated with the plan you select.
2. Billing and Payment
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified in the chosen plan (e.g., Monthly, every 2 Months, every 3 Months).
Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Please note that if we increase the price of a product, any active subscriptions will be charged at the new rate starting from the next billing cycle.

Recurpay allows you to pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time.
Minimum Term:
All subscriptions are subject to a minimum three-month commitment.

Any changes to your subscription (e.g., upgrades, downgrades) will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be charged as per our standard shipping policy.

5. Account Information
