DUTCH Cycle Mapping collects information on oestrogen and progesterone levels throughout the menstrual cycle (or over a month if no bleed) whilst DUTCH Complete offers an extensive profile of sex and adrenal hormones (Cortisol & DHEA), oestrogen metabolism, testosterone along with oxidative stress marker, melatonin and six organic acids including glutathione, B12, B6, Biotin and Dopamine.
For women before menopause at any age with regular or irregular cycles or no cycle due to the Mirena Coil, ablation or partial hysterectomy (ovaries intact). Testing is done over a month. For women with the Mirena Coil, partial hysterectomy (ovaries intact), no cycle or irregular cycle follow the appropriate test instructions included in the kit.

DUTCH Cycle Mapping with Complete provides the full picture of a woman’s cycle to answer important questions for patients with month-specific symptoms, infertility and hormone imbalances.
Nine targeted oestrogen and progesterone measurements are taken throughout the cycle to characterise the follicular, ovulatory and luteal phases. The sample with the highest progesterone measurement will be used to assess the oestrogen and progesterone metabolism. An additional 4 urine samples are taken at the start of the next cycle for the assessment of the androgens and metabolites, adrenal hormone metabolites, free cortisol and cortisone daily patterns and OATs.

We also work with a hormone doctor who can prescribe BIHRT if the client wishes.
Now you have decided on your Dutch Test, it's time to choose your practitioner (See below). Once you have identified the right practitioner, click onto their booking button and you will be taken to their available appointments.
Please book your appointment 8 weeks in advance to allow for receiving your Dutch test kit, sending it to the lab and analysing the results.
Once you have selected your preferred time and date you will be asked to complete your details and make payment.
Please note your test must be taken within 6 months of purchase or it will expire.
