Working with us is simple.

We start with an initial consultation so that we can get to know you, your health issues and history, and any family health problems. We then conduct a full health assessment.
Once we have this information, we are able to recommend dietary changes, supplements and/or help you choose the best plan or programme. We may also recommend certain tests which help us to understand your symptoms more fully.
There is no one size fits all. Which is why it’s important to work with your individual story.

21 DAY WEIGHT LOSS PLAN WITH KATE

My most popular weight loss (and with good reason!). This short plan is aimed to help you lose weight in a way that is sustainable. Kate supports you through the 21 days to help you get through cravings and give you motivation.
This plan is also good for tackling IBS, stress, hormone problems and more.

How the plan works:

The first part of the plan is the DETOX stage. This is a vital part of the process as it prepares your body for imminent weight loss and helps you to feel cleansed and energised. It helps your taste buds adapt to the taste of real food which helps you stick to a whole food plan for the three weeks and beyond. (Believe me, I was once addicted to lattes and muffins!) .

Stage two is GUT RESTORE. You will be given a specific dietary plan, including exact portion sizes (in grammes) based on your height and weight, and a choice of proteins and vegetables. You will have flexibility so there are no set meals on set days. You do not have to follow strict recipes so it is also possible to eat out on this plan. Therefore this plan is sustainable. Kate will provide you with recipe ideas, but the main thing is to follow the right portion sizes of proteins and vegetables. Being precise at this stage will ensure you make the best progress possible in 21 days. We will also share Pippa’s ‘Four Magic Rules’ which help you translate your hard work into long term, effective weight loss success.

The third stage is ADJUSTMENT REPROGRAMMING (or how to NOT slip back into unhealthy habits). Having curbed your cravings and discovered some delicious new recipes that keep you feeling full and energised throughout the day, this final part of the plan allows you to balance your body’s new requirements and to effectively integrate this new knowledge and way of living into your everyday life. Forever.

3 MONTH METABOLIC PROGRAMME

The 3 month programme includes blood testing and DNA testing. The results of these tests enable us to design meal plans, supplements and lifestyle changes that treat the root cause of your symptoms.
The DNA metabolism test allows us to see how your genes affect your metabolism, intolerances and vitamin and mineral absorption.
You’ll receive 9 consultations along with one to one support to get the results you’ve always wanted.

How the 3 month programme works:

The programme consists of 9 one-to-one Zoom consultations and continuous email support with Kate. Pippa supports Kate by assessing client info and bloods.

The consultations take place over a period of 3 months.

Recipe ideas but the programme is very flexible around work and social commitments. Phase 1 is a 2 day cleanse, Phase 2 is the strict phase where weighing food is recommended. Phase 3 is the relaxed phase adding in a weekly treat meal and Phase 4 is maintenance.

Please note that blood tests need to be carried out for this programme. We can arrange for a blood pack to be sent to you for your own Doctor to take the bloods and you would then send these back to the lab in London using the mailing pack. Or you can visit the lab in Wimpole Street, London.

Total price includes the blood testing, meal plan, 9 consultation, DNA testing, ongoing support. Unfortunately, we cannot do payment plans or discounts.

We take on clients for the 3 Month Programme on a case by case basis and have limited spaces. We will need to assess that this programme is suitable for you and that you are also happy to work with us for 3 months and ready to commit.

DUTCH HORMONE TESTING

Hormone imbalances can lead to symptoms such as weight gain/loss, bloating, constipation, poor skin condition, acne, anxiety, disturbed sleep, headaches, brain fog, fatigue and more.
The DUTCH Hormone test enables us to see a complete picture of hormone activity. Unlike blood tests which capture a snapshot, DUTCH testing looks at oestrogen, progesterone, androgens and cortisol levels over a set period of time.
Results then allow us to create a unique treatment plan for you.

DNA HEALTH TEST PACKAGES

I am a big fan of using DNA testing. Having a DNA test is the best way to find out exactly how your body responds to and metabolises certain nutrients. It will tell you if you’re predisposed to certain conditions or food intolerances/allergies and will help identify your personal nutrient requirements. (edited)
