Almond & Cacao Balls
Easy to whip up in your food processor. I add cinnamon to reduce the insulin effect of the dates. I like to have one after my lunch and try not to have two šā
INGREDIENTSā
250g almondsā
8 organic medjool datesā
4 tablespoons raw cacao powder @before.chocolate
2 tablespoons almond butterā
3 tablespoons coconut oilā
1/2 tsp cinnamon ā
Pinch salt ā
1 tablespoon cacao nibs @before.chocolate
METHOD ā
1. Place all the ingredients and n the food processor except the Cacao nibs. Pulse until well mixed. Add the nibs and pulse again. ā

2. Roll into balls and place in the fridge. Can also be frozen which I think is a good idea as sitting in the fridge could be dangerous! ā
