Chinese Cabbage Salad with Edamame and Ginger
Radishes are a bitter food, which help digestion and detoxification. Edamame are a phytoestrogen source, which means they help balance out oestrogen levels.

Serves 1 - Metabolic Types (Di, I, C, De, O, S)
Ingredients
Juice of ¼ lime
1 tbsp tamari
50g Chinese cabbage, shredded
50g edamame
½ tsp grated ginger
½ avocado, peeled and sliced
3 radishes, quartered
Chilli flakes and sesame seeds
(optional)
Method
Whisk the lime juice and tamari together, then pour over the cabbage.
Massage the dressing into the leaves, then leave for 5 minutes.
Add the edamame to the cabbage and toss to coat in dressing.
Transfer to a serving plate and top with the avocado and radishes.
Sprinkle over chilli flakes and sesame seeds to garnish, if you like.
