Matcha Tea, Spinach & Kiwi Smoothie
The L-theanine in matcha is thought to reduce levels of cortisol and to help induce a state of calm.

Serves 1- Cortisol Type
Ingredients
10g baby spinach
1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
1 teaspoon matcha tea powder
100ml non-dairy milk
1 serving of pea or whey protein
powder
Method
Put all the ingredients in blender and blitz into a smoothie.
