Matcha Tea, Spinach & Kiwi Smoothie

The L-theanine in matcha is thought to reduce levels of cortisol and to help induce a state of calm.

Serves 1- Cortisol Type

Ingredients

  • 10g baby spinach

  • 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped

  • 1 teaspoon matcha tea powder

  • 100ml non-dairy milk

  • 1 serving of pea or whey protein
    powder

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in blender and blitz into a smoothie.
