Quick Homemade Chocolate
When I was younger I had a thing for Cadbury's fruit and nut chocolate. Well nowadays I wouldn’t call it chocolate! This is my healthier version with walnuts, one of the best plant food sources of omega 3s and tart cherries.

INGREDIENTS
1 heaped cup dark chocolate buttons
1 tablespoon coconut butter
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup dried sour cherries (I bought these on Amazon)
Pinch salt
METHOD
1. Place chocolate and coconut butter in a bowl and sit over a pan of simmering water. Slowly melt the chocolate, stirring occasionally.
2. Mix in the walnuts and cherries and stir in the salt.
3. Pour into a lined tray such as a loaf tin.
4. Place in fridge for 4 hours to set before cutting into pieces.
