Roasted Broccoli

Using some of the super detox foods I’ve been talking about this week.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 whole head of broccoli 

  • A handful whole cooked chestnuts, chopped (I like @merchantgourmet )

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 

  • Salt & Pepper 

  • For the dressing - 

  • 1 lemon, zest only 

  • 1 crushed garlic clove 

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 

METHOD 

1. Preheat oven to 180c.

2. In a roasting dish place all the broccoli ingredients and massage together so the olive oil coats. Roast for 12-15 mins.

3. Mix together dressing ingredients. Pour over the broccoli when done. Enjoy!
