Is it for everyone?

I think it really depends on the individual. A lot of fermented foods are high histamine so for some people this could be a problem. Shop bought versions can also vary a lot in terms of sugar content . Equally those with gut Dysbiosis / SIBO may not do well with it either. I tend to go for lower GI options like coconut yogurt and kefir to be honest. Some people drink bottles and bottles of it - loading up on calories and sugar and then wonder why they look so bloated!!
