Cacao Protein Balls

Ingredients 1
100g cashew nuts
75g Medjool dates
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 tsp chocolate pea protein powder (I like Sun Warrior warrior Blend)
Ingredients 2
115g cashew nut butter
60g xylitol
pinch of sea salt
2tbsp raw cacao powder
60g melted cacao butter or coconut oil
30g chocolate protein powder or half collagen powder and half cacao powder
1 teaspoon tsp vanilla extract
To dust – matcha green tea powder, raw cacao powder, chopped nuts
METHOD
1. Simply place all the ingredients in a food processor and process to form a soft dough.
2. Roll the dough into small walnut size balls then dust in a little matcha green tea powder or raw cacao powder
3. Store in the fridge and enjoy
