Cacao Protein Balls

Ingredients 1

  • 100g cashew nuts

  • 75g Medjool dates

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder

  • 1 tsp chocolate pea protein powder (I like Sun Warrior warrior Blend)

Ingredients 2

  • 115g cashew nut butter

  • 60g xylitol

  • pinch of sea salt

  • 2tbsp raw cacao powder

  • 60g melted cacao butter or coconut oil

  • 30g chocolate protein powder or half collagen powder and half cacao powder

  • 1 teaspoon tsp vanilla extract

  • To dust – matcha green tea powder, raw cacao powder, chopped nuts

METHOD

1. Simply place all the ingredients in a food processor and process to form a soft dough.

2. Roll the dough into small walnut size balls then dust in a little matcha green tea powder or raw cacao powder

3. Store in the fridge and enjoy
