Chocolate Almond Butter Cups

  1. Melt 100g of 100% dark chocolate drops with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a glass bowl over simmering water, remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes. Then add approximately 7 drops vanilla stevia to taste. Optional, a splash of maple syrup.

  2. Place 6 mini muffin cups on a plate and pour melted chocolate into mini muffin cups 1/3 way up. Then add 1 tsp raw almond butter then top with more melted chocolate.

  3. Place plate in freezer for at least 30 minutes and enjoy!

    Keep in freezer until needed.
