Kefir Smoothie Bowl

 

Gut-healing breakfast and better for digestion to eat/chew your smoothie rather than drink it. 
180ml coconut milk kefir or other milk kefir
1/2 small banana 
1/2 small avocado 
1 scoop grass-fed whey protein powder 
- blend 
- add ground flaxseeds, almonds and raspberries 
My Metabolic Balance or 21 day clients could make something similar to this instead of the yoghurt option on your plan. 
PS if you think you have Candida, SIBO or bad bacteria avoid fermented foods until you have resolved this.
