Rainbow Salad 🌈

🌈 salad for gut diversity and supporting detoxification which is the topic of my posts this week. My daughter and I had this chicken salad last night with some leftover Jersey Royals #resistantstarch #butyrate and a tahini ACV ginger & EVOO dressing. 

My salads will always include veggies to support detoxification (especially oestrogen detox) such as this beautiful beetroot, broccoli sprouts, leafy greens, carrot, spring onion, radish and lots of herbs such as mint, parsley, chives or coriander 🥬🥦🥕

Dressing - about 1 tablespoon tahini, 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, 3 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon water, a little freshly grated ginger and pinch salt. I use a mini whisk to mix (few pounds from Amazon for a set).
