Smoked Salmon Toast With a Creamy Horseradish Sauce

This is a quick lunch or brunch that I like having at the weekend. Using coconut yoghurt in the sauce makes it a lovely dairy-free alternative. Look for sugar-free pure horseradish sauce. I like Biona.

Ingredients

1 serving smoked salmon (wild if you can find it)

Gluten-free toast

Rocket

Sauce

2 tablespoons dairy-free coconut yoghurt

1/2-1 teaspoon horseradish sauce

1/2 lemon, squeezed

Salt and pepper

  1. Mix the sauce ingredients and pile onto the smoked salmon on toast. Serve with a handful of rocket.
