Pippa Campbell Mood & Sleep has been carefully formulated to support your serotonin and melatonin levels. Optimised levels of both of these hormones can help you feel happy, relaxed and able to get a good night’s sleep.
If our serotonin levels are low, we may feel irritable, of low mood, anxious and not able to focus properly. When our serotonin levels are optimised, we feel happy, energised, content and focused. Serotonin is closely linked to melatonin.
Low melatonin can leave us unable to get to sleep at night which can then lead to insomnia, anxiety and depression.
Supporting both of these naturally occurring hormones enables us to obtain the balance we need to enjoy everyday life.
Use: Start with one tablet at bedtime or 30-60 minutes before bedtime if you struggle to get to sleep. Can take up to 3 before bedtime. Can also try taking mid afternoon. A good combination with my PCH Ashwagandha.
Notes: This product is not suitable if you are pregnant or breast-feeding or taking SSRIs.
